• Your service address, so a mali can be scheduled to visit.
• Payment details relevant to your subscription (amount, method, and status) — we do not store card or bank account numbers ourselves.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, or the on-site chat assistant.
• Photos and notes our malis record during a visit, so you can see your garden's progress.
• Referral codes, if you refer or are referred by another customer.

We use this data to schedule and deliver visits, process and reconcile payments, respond to your questions, improve our service, and — if you've agreed to receive them — send you updates about your subscription or offers. We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

The mali assigned to your visits can see your address and care notes. Payment information is shared only as needed to process or verify a transaction. We may share information if required by law.

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see "Your rights" below.

You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Deleting data tied to an active subscription may require pausing or ending that subscription first.

We restrict access to your data to authorised team members and systems, and use access controls at the database level so that only the right people and services can read or change it.

Green Angan's services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
